Very nice people, from phone reception, to sales, to in the field, very personel LOCAL service, appointment was set, then a sooner opportunity was offered when a cancellation occured. and it wasn't a canned sales speach it was a quick review they explained the different Filtering options and systms, used simple pricing. The prices were better then the "HoDo" and the "Hey" company Guys, at the time they were less than 7 days out for install, the installer texted his arrival time, reviewed the layout options with me when he arrived, installed it quickly, sent me a picture, and really is proud of his work Sales rep called during install to make sure i was pleased with the work. So yes, I like the company.

I had 2 issues with my system. Christian came out quickly and resolved both issues and did a great job. He was very communicative and even sent me photos of before and after as I was at work. He kept me informed and the women in the office were nice too. Thanks for all of your help!!

This Easter lost water into house, called H2O systems at 6:13PM, left a message, Ashley called at 7:59PM, helped bypass solenoid valve to fill large 120 gallon tank, so I could take a shower. Now how many businesses would be willing to return a call on Easter, not to mention at night, and have the ability to correct a problem? Then next day make needed repairs. This isn't first time using this company - find technicians very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Call, ask for Ashley, so you can also experience professional, courteous, and quality service.

This company was amazing. When I called, I wasn't sure who could help me but Amber knew exactly what I needed and got to work. She helped with the city and the permit as well as all the work that needed to be done. They were quick and efficient and affordable. I would definitely call them again for any irrigation needs. THE BEST COMPANY IN TOWN

The technician that serviced my reverse osmosis system is named Dallas for h2o water systems co. i worked a 40 year chemical job and retired, so i still know quite a bit about pressures, differentials, valves and flows. i commend the scheduling lady, AMBER for sending DALLAS to change a membrane for an outside system. DALLAS is one of the sharpest, knowledgible and polite technicians, taking the time to explain what my system was and wasn't doing. He really put my mind at ease that i wasn't getting took for a high dollar maintenance job. Unfortunately, i have had this happen so many oyher times with a custom built dog penn not backing their warranty and also an attempt by an electric company not backing my 22kw generac whole house generator with an extended warranty, that i am very leary of any company that performs a service. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH H2O SYSTEMS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE HONEST AND A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH DALLAS'S PERFORMANCE, that i even called the company and requested Dallas to do all of the work at my house and the company said they would work with that for me. This review is not stating that the company doesn't have other techs as sharp as Dallas, it's just a personal choice i have made and i am glad the company honored my request as i was just about to switch to another company that gaurantees everything for a much higher monthly fee!! I give h2o system compay the highest ratings for the way i was treated!!

I have had H2O services for many years already. They have never failed in providing the best service and sharp with details. Whe I call for questions or concerns, matters are teken cared of inmediately. Hard to find a company as good as they are. Thank you for such a great service!

I had an emergency 2times this week, the first time very quick reaponse and solved. Second time , it was after hours , I left a message and they CALLED back past the after hours service , past 9pm.!
That WAS GREAT! I have been using their services for a LONG time and have no complaints .

Great Service, since the first day

We have used H2O Systems in the past and they have always been professional and honest, this time was no different. The technician, John, arrived on time, replaced a pressure switch, checked connections and pressure tank without additional costs, explaining the process to me. I would definitely recommend H2O Systems.
