This is the second time we’ve had to have a submerged well pump replaced in ten years. We’ve used them both times. They’ve raced right out, diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately. Glenn worked extremely hard pulling 90 feet of PVC with the pump attached out of the well and putting the new pipe and pump back in. He was kind and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and didn’t leave until he was sure we had water back on. Extremely happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional well service that not only answers the phone, but runs out to get your water back on. Had Dallas the tech come out today look at my R O system to figure out a solution and so far running smoothly

Christian came to rescue and figured out our “No Water” issue by the process of elimination he was able to find the defective parts that were causing the problem and thankfully he had them on the truck. He installed everything really quick and had us up and running again! He was very professional, knowledgeable and an efficient worker.

I was referred to H2O by my plumbing company Waterworks, and I’m very satisfied with this company. The technician, Glen, called me to give me his arrival time, and arrived when he said he would. He thoroughly diagnosed my water system issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. He answered all my questions and recommended a new well and reverse osmosis system, which is exactly what I assumed I needed because my well and system are pretty ancient.
I’m looking forward to working with H2O on the installation, and will update my review once the system is up and running. 👍😄

Very nice people, from phone reception, to sales, to in the field, very personel LOCAL service, appointment was set, then a sooner opportunity was offered when a cancellation occured. and it wasn't a canned sales speach it was a quick review they explained the different Filtering options and systms, used simple pricing. The prices were better then the "HoDo" and the "Hey" company Guys, at the time they were less than 7 days out for install, the installer texted his arrival time, reviewed the layout options with me when he arrived, installed it quickly, sent me a picture, and really is proud of his work Sales rep called during install to make sure i was pleased with the work. So yes, I like the company.

I had 2 issues with my system. Christian came out quickly and resolved both issues and did a great job. He was very communicative and even sent me photos of before and after as I was at work. He kept me informed and the women in the office were nice too. Thanks for all of your help!!

This Easter lost water into house, called H2O systems at 6:13PM, left a message, Ashley called at 7:59PM, helped bypass solenoid valve to fill large 120 gallon tank, so I could take a shower. Now how many businesses would be willing to return a call on Easter, not to mention at night, and have the ability to correct a problem? Then next day make needed repairs. This isn't first time using this company - find technicians very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Call, ask for Ashley, so you can also experience professional, courteous, and quality service.
